Support::Auctioneer: Tooltip window random popups

    I've been having the same problem where the tooltip for different items would pop up on the screen during random actions on my UI. Usually seems to happen during buffing/autobuffing process. It only shows the tooltip info, not the actual item and the placement is random.

    The only way to get rid of the tooltip window is to mouseover an item so it shows the "new" tooltip info window, thus getting rid of the old one.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Yep, I am having the same thing happen to me. Pretty much any time I Shift+click to loot a dead mob, I get a rogue tooltip coming up somewhere on my screen. Sometimes when I cast a buff, it does it.

    Sure would like to know if this can be fixed.

    The only Add-Ons I know of that I use that should have anything to do with the tooltips are:

    Equipcompare
    ItemSync
    Fizzwidget's Disenchant Predictor
    and EnhTooltips

    Ah, not only myself have this annoying problem ^^.

    I also have this Bug. The only thing you can do ist to deactivate enhTooltip.
    But i need Auctioneer

    Can all of you confirm that this happens with ONLY the Auctioneer AddOns loaded (Auctioneer, Stubby, EnhTooltip)

    Yes i have tested it the whole day... .

    If i use EnhTooltip with ItemSync, i always get an popup if i speak to an vendor which supports repairing.
    If i deactivate ItemSync, random tooltips will come, if i leather/loot a mob while the popup of the mob is on screen.

    If i loot while the tooltip of the mob is not on screen any more, no random tooltip is coming.
    So It´s a bit strange... .

    But this random tooltips only appear if EnhTooltip is activated.

    For Looting i use AceLoot (QuickLoot before), to move the lootwindow right below my mouse.
    And so the tooltip of the mob is on screen while i´m looting.

    Hope i could it explain good enough with my crappy english

    Ok, let me rephrase. Disable all non-Auctioneer AddOns, and verify that the behaviour still occurs.

    Ok, first if i disabled all Addons except Auctioneer, no random popups!
    Because my lootwindow is not below my mouse if i´m going to loot/skin a mob.
    Second, everything is off excepting Auctioneer AddOns and AceLoot (Or QuickLoot).
    If i start to loot, sometimes the random popup occurs.

    Aceloot disabled and only use ItemSync with Auctioneer, popup occurs when i talk to a vendor which supports repairing. But never if i´m looting, skinning.

    I think this is because i must move my mouse from the Mob to the Lootwindow and mouseover the Item to loot. So no problems with random popups. If i use Aceloot, my mouse is directly over the item which i wanna loot. No mouse action/movement.
    ItemSync is another problem i don´t know... .

    But if i disable Actioneer, Aceloot and ItemSync works fine.
