Okies.. I honestly dont know what I am doing wrong. But I am haveing a problem. I just want to say first off.. that I have removed all the addons in my interface folder.. plus removed the two WTFand WDB folders and reinstalled freshly gatherer and auctioneer complete. Auctioneer works fine.
But I keep haveing this problem. If one of my characters doesnt have one of the two Herbalism or Mining profession its able to mark that just fine.. But if a character of mine does have it.. I cant mine or weed that profession that I do have for the life of me.. I dont know what I am missing here.
Ok also just to let you know that when I banked my mining pick and went back and touched the mines... it marked it on the map....
yes, but when did you download it? 2.2.3.1 was just released yesterday.
the bottom line: this was a known bug since 1.12 was released. it should be fixed with the latest version. if you have experience that dictates otherwise, the devs will need a lot more specific information from you.
yes it was yesterday, well actually lastnight since imma about to go to bed soon, ... about 3 hours before i posted this :D. i dont know how to be more specific other then that.. it was downloaded yesterday a few hours before i noticed this happening then i came here to look and see if anyone else might of been haveing this problem. I didnt see it so i posted my problem with it.
it couldn't get the tooltip information or the tooltip information (we grab only the first line on the left side) couldn't be matched with a known type, using tooltips this is bound to happen from time to time (which is why this message was left in).
just provide the tooltip contents, I'll check it out
ok im sorry... im not very knowledgeble about some stuff... um... when your saying tool tips im assuming your refering to the things your talking about the small little windows that pop up when i mouse over to click on the mines or herbs to pick them.... =\\.... the little windows that tell how many times i can tap a mine or a weed with out it dissapearing.. and what it has a chance of also containing like corse stone or swiftthistle?? otherwise if your not ... can you explain it to me? cuz i dont get it and i do appologise for it.
Ok.. i found out what the problem was... I had an AddOn Called GatherSage [Emerald] welll i dont know what the problem is with it... but when i removed it.. Gather works just fine now... i am terribly sorry to bother you all. Thank you for trying to help me out.. and haveing patience with me... I think your guys addons are very cool and i like them alot.. Again I am sorry to bother ya with it..
