I want to something fancy: I want to make a schematic which addon links to what and why. But I want to try it without making a picture. I want to do it completely in wiki (if that is possible), but for doing that I need to draw arrows (not only horizontal or vertical, but also diagonal and both solid line and broken line (for full dependancies and optional dependancies)). Is this possible or am I now wanting to much of wiki (and thus have to fall back on making a picture, which is more difficult to maintain)?
I'm not sure... I don't think MediaWiki is designed for that (or at least I haven't seen it do that...ever). I'd stick with an image file...just keep things in a layered format (in Photoshop or some other lookalike).
Cool Norg and you almost completely got what I wanted to draw. lol. I only added Gatherer and Babylonian as well. Gatherer: Just to make a complete picture of all Norganna's Addons' (and since it is in the process of being localized with Babylonian) Babylonian: Since Enchantrix and Auctioneer already use it (and Gatherer will use it). But I see that Babylonian is not so much as an addon, but just a lua file (is that correct? for 3.8 it is, but for 3.9?), so I'm not sure if it should be in the picture.
Btw, where to add the link to the page? It certainly is a Help-file, so it belongs in the Help-category, but should there be a link only from a help-file or also one from the Auctioneer and Enchantrix main-pages?
Ok, but there was almost nothing to expand on (since you made a very complete and great example). In your latest edit I only made clear that links to external addons are (always) optional.
I saw it. Maybe we should put the most extended version on the main-page (it deserves it, since I think it is a nice piece of art ). But what do you think?
