Using both the latest build auctioneer-3.9.0.1128 and the last build I have found that after I do a "scan" of the AH that the built in wow option to seach the AH no longer delivers any results. Even if I search for something that I know is there such as silk cloth. It just sits there reporting "seaching..." and never returns any results. I then logout of wow and then log back in and I can then use the "seach" option once again. But as soon as I do a "scan" it will once again cause the same behavior.
After starting bottom scanner, then hitting scan button, it comes up with 'Auctioneer: scanning auction page 1..." and sits there indefinitely.
Some bottomscanner results come up, and clicking 'yes' makes it go away but it doesn;t actually bid on the item. using latest developer version from 13/12/6
EDIT!!! Only doesn;t work if you start bottomscanner first, then hit scan. Scanning first then using /btm begin works like a charm.
I searched for the word "blackfury" in german, which is an ending for random armours. The results got displayed and error popped up. Search button stayed gray and i had to log in/out to get things working again with auctioneer. This happened also with some other words. I am using the build 1226, but this happened in earlier builds too.

I'm not technical, but here it goes... I was using Alpha tonight, I hit scan and it scanned. At about 30 of 154(possibly 157) my scans per second dropped to somewhere in the 3-6 area (normally 9.97). When it finished it scanned nothing new. I thought this might be a fluke so I did it again. Out of despiration, I tried the website to look for newer releases. I found Beta and downloaded the .zip version. Installed it and tried again... Still Auctioneer will not update with new auctions. It would say that it scanned 7,000 something auctions, but nothing new, nothing replaced, and nothing whatever the third category. However, if I put an item in the Post Auction screen and hit the Refresh UI button, then that item will update..... so, I'm not sure what is going on with that.
I don't know if this could possibly be linked to tonights server restart. It was working wonderfully until tonight.
Concern #2-- you've probably heard much about this already and have identified the problem, but, at the risk of being redundant, The screen-lock feature is down. So when I'm scanning, I can no longer bring up my social menu, talent tree or anything like that without automatically closing the AH.
Thank you for all you do!!! WoW would be a completely different game without your efforts.
