I don't know where to put this post, but I have to say Bottom Scaner is awesome, it is one heck of a money making tool. I'm lucky and have two accounts as I love to level up lowbies but hate getting ganked and not having a chance so my 60 is on another account along with my banks and being able to sit there and let it run in the background, all the time I'm on. I've made a ton of gold and thanks to you as I know I probably would only have a few copper to my name had it not been for this mod. I've found some crazy deals, like an item that noramlly sells for 300g for 84 copper, basically the price to put it on AH, as the buy out. If you ever need a tester, I'd be more then happy to do what I could to help keep this program alive and kicking.

I have enjoyed this as well but it usually only finds things to disenchant for a few gold and I don't have enchanting skills so useless.

It is a fun tool though.

I just wanted to say I really love this addon aswell. I'm surfing around your site because I've recently updated all of these addons (used them pre 2.0 patch). Keep up the good work and just want to let you know we're all thankful.

You definitely need to experiment more with the settings then.

Yes, definitely agree with this sentiment. BottomScanner is not something that will work great out of the box for everyone. It needs you to tweak it's settings to perfection, then it will make you a metric shitload of cashola. Of course the current instability of the marketplace is a small problem at the moment. But mostly, if it's not finding anything for you, then you need to adjust it.

That is the perfect tagline for BottomScanner!

    Haha I love it!

I've gotta echo the sentiment about bottom scanner. My auction mule started with 5 gold and a handful of green items a couple of weeks ago. Last night, he had 50g and I figured that was pretty good, until I realized that he also had another 30g or so worth of merchandise being auctioned at the same time. Then I realized just how much money I'd been making! This doesn't even count the occasional equity withdrawal or purchase of a recipe or such to send to my main.

Yeah, it's always exciting to see "Buy X for 84s, valued at 6g". I have to scratch my head and wonder WHY people pay that much for some of these items, but when I resell them they invariably sell for the value BTM predicted.

The best thing, though, is seeing some blue item on the AH I'd really want but stopping short because of the 10-15g price and then saying, "Wait, I CAN afford that!".

    Color me happy!

Bottom Scanner is awesome. Pre 2.0, I made enough money using BTM to fund two epic mounts. I'm a little more paranoid about prices since 2.0, but I'm still making money.
