So. I just tried the latest version and it just doesn't work for me. I've tried several different options but I just can't get it to show any info in the game tool tip. I have seen Disenchant value (HSP) on some odd occasions but that's it. It doesn't work with the previous version either ever since I started playing TBC. And I've read in some other threads that enchantrix is supposed to work pretty well with TBC.

So anyone got any ideas? I miss it so much!

    TIA

i dunno what thread you read. the release doesn't contain enx, you have to download the gamma version. that version has several features restricted. you should see HSP values for items of level 50 and below. 61 and above will also display, once you have d/e'ed enough to create your own stats for them. none of the command line searches (e.g. percentless) currently work.

that's the bad news. the good news is that enchantrix is being updated, and will be re-released with auc 5.0, possibly sooner.

ok. that explains it I guess. Thanks for answering and I'm looking forward to the updated and hopefully working release of enchantrix!

Over all auctioneer and enchantrix are good addons. Keep up the great work!

sadly, it has been a sticky since i announced the 4.0 release: http://norganna.org/discuss/discussion/3759/auctioneer-40-is-released/

I guess I will add it to the FAQ as well, if I haven't already.

You forgot here that step 4 should be:
Step 4: Make sure you have read the wiki-pages (Since many things are explained there as well).
