I've been using Auctioneer advanced for a few days now, I can really feel the work put in behind the scenes and just want to put out a big THANK YOU to everyone who had a hand in making it come to fruition.
I've read through the forums and can see a lot of people posting things that will help overall with configuration, like a scan button, and everything configured through the gui. The gui is compact and functional, I love it
The one thing that I have noticed that would be a big help is to be able to sort columns by their calculated value. An example of this would be the Buy Value when you show stacks as price per unit, and Min/ea, Cur/ea and other columns within Appraiser.
The function of this would be great as you could compare the lowest "Per item cost" from lowest to highest or vice versa, making it easy to buyout someone who is underlisting something by a lot on a per item cost, or list yours at a slightly lower per item cost then the rest. With small data sets one can do this by eye alone, but with high volume trade goods this can sometimes be daunting, and could be a simple addition to an already great addon to make it even better.
Sorting by columns is most assuredly one of the upcoming features. It's just "not done yet"... plus there's still a few last bugs to squash. We're currently in a bug fixing phase at the moment, and new features have to wait for the new features phase :)
I found out at the moment this can be fixed by Sorting by the % coloumn when searching for an item
Also and I know that im asking for a new feature again, Exact name search, would be helpful as well, but the more I use the new Auctioneer, the more I love it :)
