Development::Testing: 465 Unstable Bidbroker Broken

    Trying out Unstable 465 and bidbroker is working the same as broker, so it's generating a huge list. I'm _guessing_ this isn't an addon clash, but I'm currently using ctmod, allinoneinventory, equipcompare and unstable 465.

    Using latest 465 build. No problems in regular functionality and usage so far.

    /auction broker returns all items with no buyout as a buyout of 0 (in grey). Items without a buyout should not appear in the list returned by broker. This greatly increases the number of items returned.

    /auction bidbroker output looks okay to me.

    Check to see if your bidbroker output is just short and medium time frames. I am getting all time frames on my output.

    445 was fine, so I lean to a code glitch and not a mod conflict. (bidbroker at default settings, but also occurs if I do a bidbroker 150, same thing. I get long and very long in the results list)

    But if you are not duping it I am also a ctmod user. (only simalrity between Neuronic and myself.)

    Ctmod is the 10/12 1.8 fix build - all mods from them. If this isnt duping I will try stripping that out and see what happens.

    I am also having both problems in the latest "unstable" build.

    I can confirm I'm also getting the bidbroker list for all time frames. The generated list is so long it overflows the chat buffer and scrolls off the top. This is ameliorated somewhat by setting a high floor for the function, such as 10 gold.

    I can also confirm I'm getting items with no buyout price listed as having a "0" buyout in the /auctioneer broker listing. Adds a ton of false hits.

    Once again, thank you for such an outstanding mod. All of your team's hard work is really appreciated.

    I'm using Ometh Dominion's Nmod which includes all of the addons mentioned above (and a ton more) and I'm having the exact same problem.

    Bidbroker is simply NOT excluding the Long and Very Long auctions, so the list is just unbelievably huge. In fact, it pushes all the short and medium auctions right out of the window buffer, so that when I scroll back to the beginning of the buffer, there are only longs. I'm currently using Gamma 464.

    Please Help! I just have a hard time playing without my Auctioneer.

    Can confirm this. Since gamma 465 the Bidbroker command lists all auctions including long and very long.

    Hope this will be fixed soon.

    Talked to Thorarin (spelling?) last night, and he seems to think he knows what the error is. A change was made to one of the functions, and the calling of the function wasn't updated to reflect it. Should be fixed in the next release, be it unstable or whatever. =)

    I've just installed the latest unstable after not updating for a while. The reduction of my savedvariables file is excellent! (15 MB to around 6/7).

    Alas I'm also getting the errors already reported. Bidbroker is showing up all auctions, regardless of time left (which is a feature I would like as well, being able to check more auctions than just short/medium for when I leave for the night or maintenance is coming).

    Broker also seems to be broken, showing up auctions with no BO as 0, and also auctions where buyout is higher than HSP but still showing a profit. Also it seems to ignore the threshold you set for profit.

    Keep up the good work and hope you can squash these bugs soon.

    My problem is the large output filling the chat window,only seeing very long auctions no short or medium.

    broker is giving me stuff like "Tomb of arcane brilance" HSP 3g.43-BO 10g-PROF .43

    Build 481 has resolve the problem of Bidbroker returning long and very long auctions for me.

    the problem i seem to be having is its only showing medium auctions now

    In the previous full release, bidbroker and percentless would only report on items that were seen in the last scan. In all of the versions since the 1.8 patch, this has changed (for the worse). Previously you could scan one section and report, then a new section and report. Now, the 2nd report will continue to list items from the first scan.

    With a 'push to release a final version' underway, I hope this bug gets looked at before release.
