    I would like to know the name of the pop-up window that comes up when a bargain is found. I would like to move that frame so that it is not hidden when i am running in windowed mode and doing something else.

    It's BottomScanner, and it can be moved using the top edge of the window. I know for certain it can when using Auctioneer 4.0.5 and I believe it works with AucAdvanced as well.
