    Why is it whenever I see a post like this, I start to cringe and feel dirty? Anything that somebody HAS to talk to me privately about can't be good... It's usually either about advertising, or some business deal that I'm really not interested in.

    Blech! Post it on the forums, if you can't then I'm not interested.

    Well, Auctioneer and all its sister AddOns and libs are licensed either under the GPLv2 or LGPLv2.1. The terms of use are those of the license. Or is it regarding the use of the Auctioneer name?

    It's a licence question, it has somthing to do with the distribution of your addon, not any modification to it, more like a question of, is it allowed to bundel it with other addons in one installer.
