    Hi everyone, forgive me if I've posted in the wrong place. I'm wondering if anyone else is having issues with the Mail system now? I have Auctioneer Adv. and when I open my mail box, I receive a message: BeanCounter is recording your mail. Please do not close the mail frame or Auction Items will not be recorded. Recording 0 of 0 Items.. Now. the mail box just sits there forever... If I click on the Inbox tab it seems to overwrite the msg, but there's clearly a bug here as I can still see the previous message. When I try to work through this issue and take an item out of my inbox I get a msg stating: Please allow BeanCounter time to reconcile the mail box. Again this message doesn't seem to go away.. I'm I being impatient or do I have a legit bug?

    Any suggestions or helpful advice for removing this error would be greatly appreciated. Below is the error log I have received. I'm not sure if it's helpful or not.

    Ive gotten this twice since patch, i dont know what is causing it and cant replicate. You might want to disable your bagnon addon.

    gilafro, if you don't mind the chat spam, you can turn on debugging from the GUI and make sure only the debug and mail options are checked.
    That might help if it locks up, what the issue may be.

    Hi Gilafro, I disabled my bagon addon and there was no change. I get this error everytime I go to mail system. The bug is binary for me. I must be doing something wrong.

    Any other suggestions? As for turning on the GUI debug, I don't know how to do that. :sad:

    As requested, I've downloaded both file, unzipped them into the addon's folder and loaded the game. I DID get the same error I got with Beancounter I also recieved the following two errors. I include them in the hopes that it helps you track down the problem.

    you need to delete all your old auctioneer files first, as documented in the AA FAQ. your Auc Classic build is old.

    DOH! Deleted everything and now it looks like everything is working. Thank you so much for putting me in the right direction! I'll be sure to read the AA FAQ more closely next time.

    Same as above user updated and all that, forgot to delete beanCounter.lua in my wtf/account/{name}/savedvariables did that and was fine.

    lied only worked the first time then got it back, no big rush though I just disabled Beancounter
