I know this was my fault, I just don't know what I did:
Probably a month or more ago, I enable the auto-disenchant feature of Enchantrix. At first, it did nothing, but one day after I fiddled with the settings, it suddenly started working, much to my immense joy.
Now a few days ago, it appears to have stopped working again. I think the last prompt I saw was when it prompted me to DE a new epic and I told Ignore. Ever since then, no prompts.
I've removed the enchantrix.lua SV and have reinstalled enchantrix. I have not removed or reinstalled any other auctioneer parts due to the fact that, outside of the auto-DE not working, I have everything else set up the way I want it.
Has anyone had a similar issue and can offer suggestions as to what they did to fix? I'm still working on diagnosing it on my side, but thought I'd check to save myself some time (I hope).
I'm seeing this as well for just one of my characters. It says "AutoDisenchant active" when I log in, but no matter what new things I open from the mailbox, it doesn't prompt me anymore. I can send the stuff back to my other char and it prompts me there though...
FYI, I'm still trouble-shooting mine. It does display AutoDisenchant active and I am attempting in IF. I will attempt to backup and remove the Interface and WTF folders and do a clean install of only AA-Suite, then slowly add back the other addons to see if I can isolate this.
I just figured out my issue and it's an interesting one that the developers might want to look at.
I believe I am using the latest build and it would appear that items which DE into materials with no fixed valuation on Enchantrix will not display the prompt. This is an odd bug, since it would appear that the prompt is dependent on having a value to display. You can even be missing values for some of the possible disenchant outcomes, but it will not display if you have none of the disenchant materials checked off with a fixed value.
That's odd... I recently turned off all my fixed values and am attempting to find good settings to use with just market price and Auto-DE is still working for me... Perhaps having anything ticked for fixed changes the behaviour slightly?
Good evening. I just setup a new computer, and installed a fresh auctioneer advanced. (I did not install classic) I turned on the feature to check your back for DE items, and nothing is happening. Am I missing an option somewhere? Thanks! BTW I am using 2616.
The only difference with my issue is that I'm in Org.
Have you tried deleting your account from the 'World of Warcraft\WTF\Account' folder, yes this will erase all your interface settings, but it will also reset EVERYTHING from addons, so you will have to redo your interface, but it should also allow this auto de to be enabled again, this looks to be the simplist way to fix it imo
More specifically... Rename it, see if it works. If it does put your old settings back and try and hunt the problem down... Try things like removing just your Enchantrix settings and see if that helps.
