Theese are actually two topics: 1. I'd like to be able to make searches in multiple categories, f.e. "Head" in "Cloth" and "Leather" simultaniously, the results showin in one list. 2.Is there a way to filter from search results in AH only items with certain stats? Only items with "Agility" or/and "Intelligence" in "Head" items from "Cloth" and "Leather". I have a Hunter, he needs the stats more than the armor, so i must always search diffrent categories of armor and remember the stats to compare with the other category.
I'm not sure about english names, I'm usin the german client. I'm using Auctioneer Advanced, pre 5.0 2288 My suggestion was (I'm not sure that goes already or not with auctioneer or other addon): Make multiple category choice (shift-click) or otherwise, scan only one place (only Head or Gloves no matter), but in diffrent armor-classes simultaniously, so that results from cloth, leather etc. as chosen will be listet together. A filter should list only those items, which have at least certain enhancement, for examle onla items with +int or such with both +agility and +intelligence. I thought this way to search could use also the newest scan results, if they ar not older than xxx min. to be faster.
we are unlikely to make changes to the default search interface beyond what we do with the compact UI coloring of search results, alas. conceivably we might make it possible to search the snapshot in the way you suggest on our still upcoming search tab, though I wouldn't promise anything. You can add a JIRA issue for your suggestion if you'd like.
