I generally detest the oft-used term "Noob" or "Newbie", except when one uses it on one's self. I am in search of understanding of how to use Auctioneer, and also of how to effectively and quickly level my banker toon in enchanting. I have played WoW for about 2 years, and have 3 level 70 characters. However, I feel really like I learn something new about the game almost every day. I am from a generation that did not grow up with video games, and so I came late to the table. So, I welcome any advice of any kind, and when it comes to Auctioneer I feel there is much to learn and use that I am not making use of. I have a college degree, and would have to admit that I am probably above average in intelligence. However, when I see the depth and the various options offered in the Auctioneer suite, I am overwhelmed, and wonder what is the best source to learn what all those different settings are and what they do.
I have a toon specifically created as my Auction house character, and have my warrior as a miner/herbalism combo and a priest with skinner/leatherworker, and a hunter with herbalism/alchemy. I am now about to level one of my bank in enchanting, and am not sure about the best way to do that, nor how I can use Auctioneer to help me. I have been learning from many of your posts, but much of it goes over my head.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

a beginners guide exists in the wiki, but much of the specifics are very out of date with respect to AA. We have plans to create a new beginners guide to AA, but we are focused on improving AA itself right now, so the documentation remains on the back burner. Your best bet is to read the forum posts, read the relevant parts of the wiki, search the forums for answers to specific questions, and ask your questions in the forums if a search does not answer them.
