I am a big fan of Auctioneer. I use Classic to search auctions and then sort by profit, etc. It really helps me make money. I can not find that functionality in Advanced, so I am forced to use both. I am sure I am not understanding how to do it in advanced, as it strikes me that this is the most important feature of the whole add-in.

Basically, I do a search of items rare or better that have 30% profit or more on a bid basis. Then I sort them and decide which to bid for. In advanced, it seems I need to do this on a per item basis which seems crazy. I must be mis-using the add in. Can anyone help me please?

    djjacob,

The search feature in Advanced is accessed via the SlideBar menu- click on the magnifying glass.

A tab should appear in one of the next releases to ease the "where the monkey did it go" factor. =)

You can easily search just like you did with Classic, there are just a few changes which should be evident and pretty easy to understand the differences, et cetera.

    Hope this helps,

    Nikk :shades:

Thanks. One more question. In classic, I only search weapons and armor and exclude anything below rare. I can not figure out how to do that in Advanced. I also filter by profit %. How do I do that in Advanced?

    Thanks,

    DJ

if you want to scan a certain category hold ctrl and click on the category it will highlight it then hit the start button. its kinda buggy and sometime don't work as intended the first time but if you keep trying it will do it.
