I've been getting this message in my chat window whenever I talk to an AH:
Autioneer Advanced: WARNING, the CanSendAuctionQuery () function was tainted by the addon: Stubby. This may cause minor inconsistancies with scanning. If possible, adjust the load order to get me to load first.
I don't however get any errors in BugSack though. Also, BeanCounter isn't working anymore either. When I open mail with any auctions (won/sold/expired), I don't get the normal BeanCounter thing that says it's recording auction info. I don't get any bugsack errors with this either. I've tried updating to the preview release v3117 (copied over the files that were in my addon directory). I didn't delete any WTF files or delete the Auctioneer addon folders first before installing the new version. FYI I am using the FullSuite version.
Forgot to mention...these problems just started when patch 2.4.2 came out and I updated to Auctioneer Full Suite v3104 that I downloaded from Curse.com
FYI, I did go in and delete all Auctioneer files from WTF/Addons and did a fresh install b4 doing this. I'm still getting the WARNING message in chat, and i'm not sure if BeanCounter is working cuz I haven't posted/bought/sold any auctions since then. I'll go in buy something minor and see if that's still broken as well.
ok, tested beancounter and i'm still not getting my auction data collected, and still no errors showing up in swatter. Beancounter not working is my biggest concern because on occasion I've had to review my buying history.
do you get a beancounter tab? is it empty if you do a blank search with all options checked?
we really need the swatter output from ingame. you have to disable other error catching addons, too. Bugsack and improved error frame are the two biggest culprits.
I know how to get the info from the swatter.lua (which shows up with no errors - see above), but how do I get swatter output ingame?
Also, I've been working on this all night lol and found that I was dealing with two separate issues - the Warning I was getting in chat about the CanSendAuctionQuery was a conflict between LilSparky's Workshop and Auctioneer. As soon as I disabled that, I didn't get the warning message when I did a search at the AH; my second issue regarding BeanCounter not working was due to some sort of conflict between Altoholic and Auctioneer - when I disabled Altoholic, then my BeanCounter worked. Worst thing about this was that in both cases, I did not receive any formal bug reports either in bugsack or swatter (and yes, I did disable all bug reporting addons except for swatter in my testing) Anyway, I now don't feel that the issues are with Auctioneer, and I will just wait and hope that these other two addons get fixed/updated.
