    I get an error every time I go to the ah. My appraiser shows up with a list of question marks down the left side. When I completely remove Auctioneer and try to install a fresh one, it continues the same settings as the old and the same errors. Is there a way to COMPLETELY remove Auctioneer and reinstall a new one?

    What is this error?

    please try the following:

    1- go to WTF\Account\<you>\SavedVariables\ and upload auc-advanced.lua to http://up.norganna.org/ , then post a link to it here

    2- log into game, open the AH, mouse over something in your bags, then type "/run AucScanData.scans = {}"

    3- log out, then log back in. see if anything seems fixed.

    I've run into this twice now. The first time I deleted my auctioneer files in /wtf/ to fix it which made me sad. I ran that script before making a copy of the config... if it happens again, I'll upload the file.

    Crosma,

    We are attempting to discover what is the cause of the issue, hence requesting those who run into such horrible things to upload the offending file.

    The nice thing is that "/run AucScanData.scans = {}" only clears the offending file, where emptying WTF completely makes you lose all of your saved statistical data.

    Would more than one file make a difference? I can upload any that happen in the future.

    We have discovered what we think is the cause, and fixed it for the next build, so no, more files won't help atm.
