ive been using AA for awhile and have noticed one key thing.... when browsing the ah it show the percent of cost next to the item....but thats only the b/o from my understanding there are times when AA says the item is 999% above value and didnt bid on it because of that b/o yet i won the item for silver because it didnt reflect the bid portion ....
IE: LINEN CLOTH 16g b/o 999% bid 30c
i guess im just wondering if im doing something wrong or is that somthing AA overlooked ?
I'm not sure I understand the issue. On the bworse screen, with CompactUI enabled, we will display a "Pct". What gets displayed there is dependent on your setting. You have it set to display buyout, so it is displaying the buyout Pct - i.e. the buyout price as a percentage of the Appraiser price for that item.
But that is just for display. The Pct field isn't what is used by BTM or SearchUI to decide what is a good deal and should be popped up for purchase. Each of those tools have their own settings that tell them what parameters to use. In both cases, they will look at buyout price first (if enabled). If the buyout price isn't in the range where it is a good deal, then we look at the bid price (if enabled, and if not filtered by the time left filter). We then do the same thing for each Searcher enabled, and if any of them are a hit, the one with the highest profit gets popped up for you to review.
