The Trunk, where most usually look for updates, is being worked to provide a usable 3.x, and then WotLK, build.
Our "Release" version of Auctioneer, packaged for those who do not use a subversion client to keep their installations current, will also be out later today.
*Note that although there is no real reason to change, keep in mind that the packaged version, the single zip file type, does not play well with the version available from subversion. Were you to change over, you would need to delete your links prior to using the packaged version.
Happy Auctioneering,
Nikk
Edit: 1) Moved to correct Forum 2) Modified title to specify both types of user and to be a bit more "catchy" 3.) Fixed Link
If you use the manual downloads from http://zip.norganna.org and want to continue playing on live- simply use the 5.0 packaged release. There will be no more changes to the software that works with WoW 2.x.
To change over, you will need to follow the instructions at http://Wiki.Norganna.Org/Installing . Be sure to remove all of the individual files and folders from list provided.
Once WoW 3.x is released, if you want to return to helping us test the development versions, you will need to remove all of the 5.0 files, download the "latest" zip from http://zip.norganna.org for Auctioneer, and download the "latest" zip from http://zip.norganna.org for the Libraries.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but the changes are necessary to support development and, if you have downloaded the development version, you should be aware that various inconveniences could arise. That said, the people who make the effort to help us test are greatly appreciated, so we try to make it as painless as possible.
Note that US players are free to resume using SVN trunk builds and files from zip.norganna.org at this time. Once WoW 3.0 is released in Europe and Asia, those players will also be able to join in the reindeer games.
