    (Basically, I became tired of click-clicking every time I opening SearchUI, and next time it tore my eyes apart, I went to FAR and managed it in the way i want it)

    its all case sensitive. they are the exact same for both places. if you have tried both with case sensitive and without then maybe nikk will have to reset it if they can do that.

    Just to be clear: The forums are *not* case sensitive for username, but Jira is. You've tried both ways on Jira, then something may be odd.
