Now, we all know that 1 of something posts faster then 5 that has to be seperated into 1's, is there a way for Auctioneer to be able to "read ahead" and start splitting future auctions after the first one is fully split? I'm kinda a novice when it comes to the API and code, so I'm not sure if it could be done.
(Note: I'm new here as a developer, so I'm speaking only from experience using Auctioneer and not from a developer point of view.)
I think that the sluggish posting isn't from splitting of the stacks, but instead Appraiser waiting for confirmation that the posting request has been completed before continuing. (A great way to test this would be to manually split a stack up before posting it and see if that speeds things up.)
This is a fairly frequent request. Unfortunately this is something that would be particularly tricky to add to the existing Posting engine. Unless someone suddenly comes up with an easy way to do it, it's probably going to have to wait a while.
