[Bug] [5.9.4758.] [Auc-Util-Glypher] Whitelist only works when undercutting by one copper

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Open appraiser tab, select any glyph. Make sure pricing model is set to "Glypher" and price matching is off. Keep whitelist empty. Make sure your toon is not listing any of this glyph in the snapshot.
2.) Check "Specify undercut amount by coin value." Make the undercut amount 1copper only.
3.) Enter the lowest seller's name in the whitelist field and press enter.
4.) The glypher buy-per-item should be the same as the lowest seller's. This is desired behavior.

5.) Repeat steps 1-4 with an undercut amount greater than 1 copper. Even though the lowest seller is on the whitelist, you are still undercutting them. The only thing adding them to the whitelist does is increase your price by 1 copper. This is the bug. Expected behavior: The glypher based price is the same as the lowest price in the snapshot.
6.) Same with % based undercut.
