Hi, I've recently been taking advantage of the snatch search function to keep certain materials in stock for my professions. I have a pretty extensive snatch list, and found it pretty easy to figure out and set up my list. But lately I've noticed that there have been certain items that it's not snatching, even though it's set up properly just like the rest of my list. I've mainly noticed that it's not detecting Abyss Crystals and Cardinal Rubies, even though when I manually search for these, they are priced lower than my snatching threshold. There may be other items it's not detecting, but these two are the ones I've noticed the most because I tend to go through them quickly. Is this a known bug, or have I overlooked something completely?
Thanks for the quick reply! Heh, this is embarrassing, however...I can't find the SearchUI options that it's mentioning in that section, that contains selections for "IgnoreItemPrice", "IgnoreItemType", and "IgnoreTimeLeft". Is it within SearchUI itself, or is it somewhere in Auctioneer's general "configure" UI? I've looked under Options -> General Options and Settings -> Global Settings and there's nothing there for this. I don't have any reserve amount selected, nor do I have any maximum price set. I'll check out the last suggestion now, with the debugging set-up.
Okay I think I discovered the culprit, and found the "Ignore" options under Filters. In the debugging tooltip for Abyss Crystals and Cardinal Rubies, it was saying "ItemPrice ignored at 0c", so I disabled "IgnoreItemPrice". Now it says "Snatch profit 5%" so I think it should work okay now. Thanks again!
