rmdir command on wiki page

    the rmdir command on the wiki instruction page references some folders which do not exist. this could be confusing for people upgrading auctioneer for the first time.

    Those are all folders that may exist - depending upon each person's set up, they could have only a handful or, Lord forbid, all of them.

    The FAQ had the clarification, but it was added there, too.
