/run foo()

As Anrdaemon mentions, it would help if you can provide a little more information. Ensure Swatter is the only error catching addon enabled, then typing "/run foo()" in the chatbox (without the quotes) will generate an error. It would help if you post the full text of that error (including the addon list) in a post here.

That does look to be all loaded properly.

Does it work if you hold down the Alt key and mouse over the item?

Does Informant information appear in the tooltip? Or Auctioneer info?

You may also need to try holding down the ctrl key, and the shift key while mousing over the item.

Hmm, I don't see the tiphelper addon or LibExtraTip. Could the absence of those be throwing off the enchantrix code?

I think that is because they are embedded, and those two libraries don't report their revision to Swatter correctly. If they were missing, it would give other errors at startup.

Thanks all for your continuing comments. In response, yes, I do hold down alt to get the extended tooltip, and it still doesn't work. Just tried shift and ctrl (and all combinations) and nothing worked.

Failing some answer on this, maybe I need to reinstall the whole add-on. Is there a way I can do that without losing all my auction house data (prices, etc.)?

if you just install stuff to the addons folder, your data (in the WTF folder) will be unaffected.

I have the same problem. I've made sure all the correct enchantrix config options are turned on, I have all the dependencies and everything. I'd really like it to work :(

Edit: On further examination I guess I have a different problem. When I mousover my old WotLk gear I get the full tooltip (100% Abyss Crystal etc). However no info on anything for Catacylsm, any idea? I was originally using the version included with the current Auctioneer Suite on cursegaming, then I downloaded the 5.10 preview from this site, neither worked.

My issue is exactly the same, old gear is fine, new gear has no info.

Answer remains the same.

Try the current SVN version.

I did that and started getting random errors -- ["message"] = "Interface\\AddOns\\Auc-Advanced\\CoreMain.lua:277: attempt to call field 'SendProcessorMessage' (a nil value)", ----- and couldnt get auctioneer to work at all.

Would it possibly work if I just installed the svn enchantrix file?, instead of the entire group of folders you get from http://zip.norganna.org/auctioneer/ALL/Auctioneer-ALL-latest.zip

It may be easier to try the latest Preview version, which I think now includes an updated Enchantrix.

Todays update fixed the problem, all the new items now show what they DE into and the DE value of the item.  Thanks so very very very much.  

... though as noted elsewhere on this forum, Blizzard just changed the Disenchanting yields, so unfortunately the tooltips will now be incorrect
