Hello there.

I am currently having a problem with the "Glypher" profitable glyph utility. The problem exactly is that I will hit "scan glyphs" and once that is done I will click the "get profitable" function, and in that list it will have a list of profitable glyphs but not all of them... For example if I search for the glyph of "Haunt" it is currently selling at 100 gold each on my server: Now I have no doubt in my mind I can make profit on that glyph (a large margin of profit on that glyph). This is not the only glyph this issue seems to be occurring on, it infact is occuring on dozens of glyphs.
My current config settings are:

Minimum profit: 15gold 50silver

Considered sales: 31

Expired Filter: 0

Days to stock: 8

Min Stock: 1

Min craft: 1

Max Stock: 1

Price of single Northrend herb: 1gold 50silver
Make New: 1

Due to not fully understanding the glyph valuation method I have set: "Current Model" "Sales History" and "Market Price" to: 1

Minimum Sale Price of 1 Ink Glyph: 20gold

Minimum Sale Price of 2 Ink Glyph: 25gold

Maximum Sale Price: 300gold

Undercut: 1%

Specify Undercut by Coin Value is specified at 1gold

Under Misc Options:
Auto clear skill queue is checked

I myself (to the best of my knowledge) have troubleshooted this problem. At first I thought I might have the glyph of "Haunt" for sale, in the bank or on me, but I have double, triple and quadruple checked and I do not. I then thought that maybe it's not putting it in the get profitable list because I might for some reason not have the component (mats) but I double checked to make sure and this is not the case. I do have the components to make the glyphs I have this issue with. Again as previously stated this is occurring with dozens of glyphs (not just "Haunt") that are selling -on my server- for 100 or more gold. Any help with this issue would be welcomed and appriciated.
