PCT column empty for lower than blue quality items

    In the search UI i can only get the PCT to show for items that are a blue quality or higher. I specifically want it for white items (ex: Elementium Ore) but it does not show the percentage. It will show all other columns but not this one. I've tried looking in the CompactUI setting but doesn't seem to have a loot level threshold.

    as far as i know there isn't any such limitation in the code or settings.

    can you take a screenshot or a page showing both items with Pct and items without? then get tooltips from one of each as well.
