Problem getting Hud to display

    I haven't farmed in some time so I'm not certain when this problem first manifested. However, upon loading onto my gathering toon Post 4.2 patch my hud won't display at all. I have enabled/disabled/re-enabled it to no avail. I've uninstalled the add-on and all related folders and re-installed Gatherer and re-imported the Wowhead database. It worked fine previously and I haven't transferred servers/made any changes aside from periodically updating all my add-ons (including gatherer) to their respective latest versions. Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can provide. Gatherer is such a valuable quality of life tool for the tedious task of herbing/mining and I can't bring myself to farm without it.

    Acalontech,

    First, ensure you are running the latest version, 3.2.4, from GathererAddOn.Com, WoWInterface, or Curse. The previous version will not work - also, check that Gatherer, GathererHUD, SlideBar, and Swatter have gold, not silver, checkmarks in the main WoW AddOns Control Panel.

    Since you seem to have done all that, you can then try changing to a new, default Gatherer profile, via the options. Doing so is the fastest way to ensure that some setting is not interfering.

    Oh, one other thing - the HUD auto-hides in cities and such, so, once you reset, head outside of town, try harvesting a node of some type, and see what happens.
