Beancounter not recording all new mails?

    Have been using the latest version of the suite (fresh install) and its been working great. Recently, I installed a few new addons related to auctioning (Auctionator, TSM, Market Watch) and I started to notice that when I open a full mailbox, instead of reading "Recording 50 Message", now it says it is only recording 19, or 24, etc. Different number every new set of 50. I know for sure these messages haven't been recorded previously. I have since uninstalled everything auction/mail related (I believe) except for Market Watch.

    I'm hoping its just a display error and beancounter is actually recording all the mails.

    Any ideas why this would do this and how to fix it without loosing too much data?

    PS - Auctionator was blocking the ability for beancounter to be popped up in a new window. Removing the addon restored the "pop-out" ability.

    Although Kandoko may need to help, first, try one mailbox full while you have "market watch" disabled, and see what numbers are reported. It could well be trying to read the messages and causing havoc. *No idea what the AddOn is, nor what it does, but that is the first thing to check.

    If you see the same behaviour, then head into the BeanCounter options, enable the "debug output" - that will help tell you if the server is providing the data. Please copy and paste the output from Chat to a new message and we can go from there.

    Hey Nikk,

    Turns out it was another addon installed alongside Altoholic, called DataStore, which is a data repository for other of the authors addons I'm guessing. The module "DataStore_Mails" was the culprit. Hope this helps with any future support questions.

    Not sure if auctioneer missed the mails, but it was only installed for 2-3 days so no biggie.

    In DataStore_Mail settings, you can disable the option "Scan mail bodies (marks as read)" and it should then work alongside BeanCounter.
