It's in fact, a cause for language, unfortunatelly.
You can help, if you provide precise names for gatherable nodes. As far as I'm aware, addons can't get the information about node id's :/
Else you wouldn't run into this issue ever.

You can put up the changed files and we can get them added into the mainline- http://DLFTW.Com and just let us know the link it assigns.

Also, without seeing what all you have, did you get both the GatherStrings and the Gathernodes files?

first, this is what I added in GatherStrings.lua, before this line "ptPT = {"

I made a little change in the GatherComm.lua, translating the messages, but it is not needed for the addon work.

Maybe, in the future, the messages could be translated based on client language.

I hope I helped , and if you need any help with the ptBR version, any of your addons, count me in !

PS : Some things are not translated, because in the http://pt.wowhead.com have not a translation yet.

We definitely can use help with the AuctioneerSuite, if you are so inclined.

For that, we have everything in http://Localizer.Norganna.Org , you can use your same username/password from the forums. It is a separate subsystem from the rest of the site, so just re-register.

Actually, the interface items for Gatherer are included there, as well, so if it is not a bother, could you check what is in there for accuracy? The nodes are not in Localizer, but we can add that to the files separately, so do not worry about those, for now.

As noted in a few spots, please keep in mind the size if the various buttons and tooltip, so shorter is usually better when it comes to the translations.

If there are any questions/issues, please just let us know!

You want the translate of everything , or the addon name don't need ?

Personally, I think that the name is the essence, and don't be translated. But, you tell.

Hi guys. I'm actually trying to translate the words in the frames, but I got a newbie question to ask. :) Some words in Portuguese have accents that are not going through after I change them. For instance:

File: Region.lua
Location:\Gatherer\Reports
Word: Region
Translation: Região

This "ã" is going as "?" instead.
Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Hi there, guys.

Just got it. Not sure if that's the best way to do it, but I used the following unicode translations:

ã - ã
á - á
é - é

Worked nice, though I'm still facing some issues with the script now. Gonna keep playing with it for now.

Use Unicode-capable text editor. (Specifically UTF-8 capable)
