Items held by my other chars are not showing when I mouse-over the items

    I'm not even certain that this is an Auctioneer issue, but I think it is.

    I used to be able to mouse-over items in my bags, and the Informant? pop-up would show me when any of my other chars had x-number of the same item. That no longer works. I have Auctioneer Suite (latest version) running as addons for both chars (which are on the same realm, both of them are Horde chars). I have visited the Banks for each char, and opened all the bags in the banks.

    Why doesn't the Informant pop-up show items the other char is carrying? (Note: Both chars have the same items).

    I've looked at every option I can find, but none of them seem to have any effect. Please help!

    Auctioneer does not provide that functionality.

    Do you use altaholic or one of those types of addons? likely it was provided by them.

    Thank you, dinesh! You are absolutely correct. I use the Carboniteaddon, and it's my fault that I didn't check things thoroughly. I appreciate your help.
