Can't auction 3 plans

I'm using Auctioneer Suite 5.14.5283 and receive the following error when trying to alt-click the items (also happens if I drag & drop the item into the box) to add an auction.

"cannot be posted: cannot auction a soulbound item"
these three plans are not soulbound. i can auction them if i disable auctioneer and use the blizzard auction UI only. thanks! -
Apparently there is a workaround:
