That is is a 3rd party module, can't help you with that here. I'd suggest you disable that and anything related that it came with and go to the makers of it with this bug report to ask for an update.

If there are still Auctioneer related errors after you disable that addon, then please post those here.

In regards to the red question marks in appraiser, you indicated you had not played for some time, might be something of a caching issue. Try logging out and back in.
If that doesn't work, try closing the game, deleting your cache folder to clear the cache, starting WoW via the launcher and logging in.

If after doing these things and giving it some time the problem still exists and you aren't seeing issues elsewhere (like in your bags or item links), then please take a screenshot of appraiser and upload it to dlftw.com, then paste the link in your reply.
