Sure, there's an "upload" link on the left-hand-side of the pages (in the left side bar, down the bottomish)
Simply upload your files, (images I assume) and then link to them like this:

[ [ Image:ImageName.jpg|frame|none|Description ] ]
This will insert the image in-place, in a frame, without any alignment and with a description.

Ok, but how can I start a new page. Since there is (not yet) an auctioneer-AH-API How-to page? Since only in that page I want to upload the images (and their descriptions).

The pages appear by themselves when you edit the page.

What most people do is to edit the Auctioneer Documentation page, and insert the like you want.

eg:
[ [ Auctioneer/en/API Usage|Auctioneer API HowTo] ]

That above link says Link to Auctioneer/en/API Usage and call it Auctioneer API HowTo.

Then you submit the edited page, and click the new link..

You'll arrive at your new topic page, then click edit to start filling it in.

Oh, also - uploaded images are global they can be used in any page, so you're not uploading "to" a page but rather just uploading an image that can be used in a page.
